Our Mission

One of the primary purposes of the FOAP is to allocate funds raised through our charity events.

This is done through pledge requests. Since we are a registered charity, there are certain guidelines that we have to follow when making funds available:

  • To advance the education of pupils in the school, in particular by
    • Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school;
    • Engaging in activities or providing facilities which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

The full version of our adopted constitution can be downloaded here.

Our privacy policy can be viewed here.

Funds Raised

A massive thank-you to everyone who is supporting the school through our fundraising activities – this money goes directly to fulfil the pledges requested by students, teachers and parents.

Pledge Form

Parents, teachers and pupils are encouraged to submit the form below to request support for a cause they feel would benefit the children at Atwood primary.

Once we receive a pledge request, it will be reviewed and voted on during our next Committee meeting.

If the pledge receives a majority support at the meeting, it will be approved and the funds made available.

Generally, it is then up to the requester to purchase the service / products and invoice the Friends of Atwood Primary who will refund the costs.
